Refunds
Effective July 2026
30 days, no questions asked.
If Taminaru is not for you, email us within 30 days of your payment and you get your
money back. You do not have to explain why.
How to get one
- Email hello@taminaru.app from the address you
bought with, or use the receipt Paddle emailed you.
- Purchases from this site are handled by Paddle, our payment provider
and seller of record, so Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method.
- Bought through the Mac App Store instead? Apple handles those refunds,
not us. Use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Cancelling
- You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
- You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, Taminaru
returns to the free tier. It keeps working and your data stays put.
- Cancelling on its own is not a refund.
