These terms cover the Taminaru app and this website.

Who you are dealing with

Taminaru is made and published by Enso Labs LLC, a California limited liability company, 2108 N St, Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816.
When you buy a subscription from this website, your order is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is the merchant and seller of record. Paddle takes the payment, handles tax, and issues refunds. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction itself; these terms cover your use of the software.
If you buy Taminaru through the Mac App Store instead, Apple is the merchant and Apple's terms apply to that purchase.

Taminaru has a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. The free tier is not a time-limited trial. It does not expire.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Taminaru on Macs you own or control. You may not resell it, rent it, or redistribute it.

Pro is billed as a subscription. It renews automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Prices can change. If we change the price of a subscription you already hold, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel.
Taxes are handled by Paddle and are shown at checkout.

A Pro subscription covers up to 3 Macs. Your licence key is for you. Please do not share it.
Pro requires an active subscription, which the app verifies periodically. See the privacy page for what the check involves.
If the check cannot reach us, Taminaru keeps working as Pro for a grace period.
If a subscription is cancelled, refunded, or charged back, Pro turns off. Taminaru returns to the free tier. It does not stop working and it does not touch your data.

Taminaru is a terminal. It connects to servers you are authorised to access. Do not use it to access systems you do not have permission to access, or to break the law.
Do not try to circumvent the licence check, and do not redistribute modified copies.

You can cancel at any time (see refunds).
We may end your licence at any time. If we do, we will refund the unused part of your current billing period.
If we end it because you have breached these terms, no refund is due.

Taminaru is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Enso Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid for Taminaru in the 12 months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and, where it affects you, say so on this site.
